This project houses 4 Residential towers and a Club house. Salient features of this Project are, a mini Forest developed in the lines of the ‘miyawaki’ system, with dense forest cover in selective pockets of the Project. With more than 50% of Project as open space, the highlight of this project was the integration of the open spaces with the built mass. The design program accommodates spaces for all segments of the community. The key features are, a large central amphitheatre that can house about 300 people, Basket ball court, Skating arena, Outdoor Gym, Children’s play areas, Swimming pool, Jogging track, Cognitive play areas, Festive lawns, Water bodies, Leisure pavilions, Barbeque pits and senior citizen group spaces
