This project being a LEED certified green building has a sensitive approach to environmental concerns. All the Fire tender driveways have lawn with grass crete pavers as the finish, to cut down on heat radiating surfaces. The entire road network and parking has cement pavers, to increase rain water percolation from hard surfaces. Pedestrian and vehicular circulation have been streamlined. Spaces for informal interaction have been provided.
