The landscape is at 2 levels, the ground floor and the terrace. The walkway leading to the visitors lounge has been designed as an experience through the woods. The walk ends at a water body with a cascade wall. The sound generated by the cascade muffles the ambient noise from the dense urban district bustle. The open terrace abutting the board room and Chairman’s cabin, works as an outdoor spill over terrace, with brilliant view of the CBD’s skyline.
