The project has a large central podium amidst the Residential Towers and a large open space abutting the Club house, in a heavily contoured land profile. The Central podium has a linear walkway connecting access from the Building Lobby. The landscape within has been styled like a stream with pebbles and activities on either sides of the stream. The sloped land profile has the swimming pool with a vanishing edge, in terraces.
