This project has a large central podium garden space. Rest of the open spaces were distributed as small and large open spaces at different levels all along the periphery. Tying all the design entities into one experience was a challenge. The concept was developed on the lines of a necklace with beads of varied sizes. The thread tying the necklace was the Jogging track and walkway and the beads were different Open spaces.

The key features are, an amphitheatre that can house about 300 people, Tennis court, Basket ball court, Skating arena, Outdoor Gym, Children’s play areas, Swimming pools, Jogging track and a Cognitive play area.
