This project houses 11 Residential towers, with more than 60% of open space. The highlight of this project was the integration of the open spaces with the built mass. Trellis with climbers highlight each Lobby access of the Towers. For this large community of 7500 people (1540 apartments), the aspirations of the community was also diverse. The design program accommodates spaces for all segments of the community. The key features are, a large central amphitheatre that can house about 1000 people, Tennis court, Basket ball court, Skating arena, Outdoor Gym, Children’s play areas, Swimming pools, Jogging track, Tea garden, Cognitive play areas. Another highlight of this project is planting of ecologically diverse species with trees numbering 1540 (the number of apartments).
