The site is located within a larger farm of 45 acres. The landscape has been developed with concepts of sustainability. An old defunct pond has been revived into a Bio- pond, with fishes, aquatic plants and emergent plant species. Native and fruit trees have been used extensively. Treated Bamboo has been used widely for pergola shaded structures. The visual design has been kept earthy, to blend with the adobe styled architecture.
